Fair Drawing Winner!

Back at the end of this summer at the Overton County fair, I had a booth set up with a drawing for a free 11x14 print from a session. Miss Brittany Lee was the winner of that drawing! She wanted to wait to schedule her session for Fall and she made a great choice because the scenery in these shots are amazing! Congrats to Brittany for winning the drawing and I hope you love your photos! :)

A couple of weeks ago, I posted some Bridals that I shot of Brandi. {Wes, Brandi, and Wes' family are close friends of my family.} The day we were doing Brandi's Bridals, Wes' mom was telling me that their 1 year anniversary was coming up and that he had got her a new engagement ring and was giving it to her at the lake when our families were camping together on Labor Day Weekend. We planned and plotted and came up with the great idea for me to capture it on film =D So, Brandi thought we were just going to do some regular pictures of them at the lake, but little did she know, Wes had planned this to suprise her! So, here are a few pictures. I hope you all enjoy and I would like to wish {West} and Brandi a Happy 1 year Anniversary! I love you guys :)

Fall Mini Sessions!

I am now booking Fall Mini Sessions for Sunday, October 10! I am shooting from 9am-5pm with a break from 12-1. The sessions are in 30 minute slots {more than one slot can be purchased together if 2 slots are available together}. The session fee includes a disc will all high resolution digital images. A written release will be given, which will allow the client to make copies, prints, ane other reproductions. Prints are not included in the session fee, however, prints can be purchased additonally. An online gallery is available as an option to clients for family and friends viewing/print purchasing.

The fee for a 30 minute slot is $50. A deposit of at least 50% must be mailed and received by photographer 7 days after booking session. This holds your slot, and is non-refundable {unless photographer is unable to attend session, which would only be in case of emergency}.

Mether Wedding

{The Mrs. to Mr. Wesley Mercer}

Today was such a fun day for me! Miss Brandi is a very special person to me. I first met her working at the job I had in high school, KFC, in Livingston. Then years down the road, she started dating a close family friend of mine that I grew up with. They got married Labor Day weekend of last year, but everything went so quickly for her that she didn't have time for any bridal pictures. When our families were camping together a couple of months ago, I mentioned to her that I was looking for models with a dress for some bridal portraits and she let me know that she was interested! Duh, why didn't I think of this before?! Needless to say, she was a perfect "bride", she is so beautiful and I'm elated that I had the opportunity to do her pictures :)

Wes {"West", as I like to call him} and Brandi Mercer will be celebrating their very first wedding anniversary at the end of September and I couldn't be happier for them. I love you guys and wish you all the best!

I would like to give a special thanks to Miss Tiffany Livingston for going along with us today and helping out so much! Oh, and I can't forget about Lisa {love you, Wisa Merwcer}!!
